-         Number shares before additional listing: 16,705,810 shares

-         Additional volume: 8,352,776 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND83,527,760,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 25,058,586 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND250,585,860,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: September 30, 2014

-         Reason of additional listing: issued shares to the existing shareholders to increase capital share from owner's equity
