VIC: Decision on additional listing

On September 25, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.370/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (stock code: VIC) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 1,403,323,314 shares

-         Additional volume: 16,987,944 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND169,879,440,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 1,420,311,258 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND14,203,112,580,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: September 29, 2014

-         Reason of additional listing: issued shares to the existing shareholders to the conversion of International Bonds into shares.
