Quarter II.2014 decreased by VND 848,317,974 year on year (20.7%) because the
cost of goods sold increased. The increase in the cost of goods sold caused by
the increase in labors and other cost.

Corporate income tax:
Corporate income tax in
Quarter II.2014 increased by VND 702,264,560 because the Company did not enjoy
the tax preference

Profit after tax:
Two above reasons made the
profit after tax decreased by VND 1,550,582,534 (20.7%) year on year HNX
