DZM: Explanation for business result in Quarter II/2014

On 29/08/2014, Dzi An Manufacturing Public Limited Company announced explanation for business result in Quarter II/2014 as follows:

Reasons:

- Revenue of the Holding Company in Quarter 2/2014 was low so it could not offset operation expense. Meanwhile, production activities of the subsidiary in Cambodia were suspended but the company still had to bear depreciation, which influenced on business result of the Holding Company (extraction to provision).

- Market of generators was increasingly fierce, which made ROE decrease while expenses such as borrowing interest, sale expense, and expense of leasing services increased and made production cost and other expenses increase as well.
