DAG: Total room of foreign investors fixed at 40.84%

Relating to the private placement of convertible bonds of Dong A Plastic Group Joint – Stock Company (stock code: DAG), on August 29, 2014, the State Securities Commission issued Document No.4870/UBCK-QLPH approving to fix the total room of DAG stock at 40.84% of DAG’s charter capital.

-  On September 11, 2014, Dong A Plastic Group Joint – Stock Company received the approval in writing from the Vietnam Securities Depository for fixing the total room of DAG stock at 40.84% as from September 11, 2014.
