SVC: Reminded of late information disclosure

On July 29, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.1157/SGDHCM-NY to remind Saigon General Service Corporation to submit late disclosure on the Board resolution on changing of legal representative from Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tho to Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh and additional business lines.
