PAC: PAC reminded of late information disclosure

On July 22, 2014, HOSE has received and disclosed Corporate Governance Report by Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company for the first 06 months of 2014. Accordingly, Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company issued Board Resolution No.108/NQ-HDQT dated March 07, 2014 approval for 2014 business plan, Board Resolution No.257/NQ-HDQT dated June 12, 2014 approval for 2014 additional investment plan and Board Resolution No.188/NQ-HDQT dated April 22, 2014 approval withdrawing capital in Viet Phu Gia Real Estate Trading Co., Ltd. However, until now, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received no announcements of the Board Resolution. Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company did not comply with disclosure regulations.

-         Therefore, HOSE would like to remind the company to disclosure information as regulated.
