On July 22, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.1130/SGDHCM-NY to remind Dai Thien Loc Corporation to submit late disclosure about change of business registration certificate (13th time) and change in the Number of outstanding voting shares.
