PNJ: Board Resolution on Share Transfer

On August 26, 2014, Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution on share transfer as follows:

-  Approving the transfer a part of shares in Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company to individuals, institutes.

-  Authorizing the Chairman of BOD to decide transfer number, price and related contents to transfer as follow:

·         Number of shares transferred: at most 100,000 shares

·         Transfer price: according to put through at a price of no less than SFC share price on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange at the transferring time.

-  Time of transfer: from August 26, 2014 to the end of Quarter 3, 2014.
