TPC: Board Resolution

Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No. 04/2014 as follows:

Article 1: The BOD approved business result in the first 06 months of 2014:

-  Packaging production: 5,333 tons (54.98% of plan)

-  Sales: VND330,558 million

-  Profit after tax: VND7,547 million (44.40% of plan)

Article 2: The BOD approved Financial Statement in the first 06 months of 2014, which was audited by A&C.

Article 3: The BOD approved business plan for the last 06 months of 2014.
