5)     Outstanding volume: 14,732,509 shares

6)     Treasury volume: 418,210 shares

7)     Estimated issue volume: 7,366,254 shares

8)     Total issue value: VND73,662,540,000

9)     Issue ratio: 2:1 (50%)
