ITC: Explanation for business result in Q2, 2014

Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company explained business result in Q2/2014 compared to Q2/2013 as follows:

-         Parent company financial statement:

·         Projects are constructing, revenue will be recorded in Quarter 3 &4 /2014

·         Revenue in Q2/2014 was VND29,584,714,734, revenue in the first 6 months of 2014 was VND51,556,210,241.

·         There are the main reasons leading to loss in Quarter 2/2014 was VND9,769,396,969.

-         Consolidated financial statement:

·         Consolidated profit in Q2/2014 was a loss of VND12,131,230,514, decreased more than 10% compared to the same period of 2013 because the loss from parent company and associates.
