DPR: Explanation for business results in Quarter 2.2014

Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (DORUCO) has explained fluctuation of business results in Quarter 2.2014 compared to Quarter 2.2013 as follows:

-         In Quarter 2/2013, sales production: 2,028.1 tons, average price: VND55,671,717/ton

-         In Quarter 2/2014, sales production: 3,004.57 tons, average price: VND39,333,115/ton

-         Reasons:

·         Sales production in the period was higher than the same period of 2013, but average price in the period was lower than the same period of 2013;

·         Profit from business activities in Quarter 2.2014 decreased by VND63,248,581,779 (63.95%) as compared to Quarter 2.2013;

·         Other profit in Quarter 2.2014 increased by VND568,105,348 (55.22%) as compared to Quarter 2.2013;

·         Profit after tax in Quarter 2.2014 decreased by VND59,023,086,822 (67.13%) as compared to Quarter 2.2013.
