CII: CII gets money back from tax administration violation

On August 08, 2014, General Department of Taxation has issued Decision No.1254/QD-TCT about amending a part of Decision No.48/QD-TCT dated January 09, 2013 on claim resolution of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII). Accordingly, General Department of Taxation didn’t sanction tax administration violation for corporate income tax arrears because CII has not received incentives the tax exemption for listing stock in 2004-2006. Therefore, CII would be refunded VND2,128,422,395 which was paid for tax administration violation
