GMD: Gemadept sets up K Line - Gemadept Joint Venture

On August 12, 2014, the Board of Directors of Gemadept Corporation issued a resolution to contribute capital with the partner Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. (Japan) to establish a joint venture as follows:

-  Company name: “K” Line – Gemadept Logistics Co., Ltd.

-  Charter capital: US$600,000 (equivalent to VND12,648,000,000)

-  Function: Logistics

-  Capital contribution proportion: each party contributes 50%.
