On July 29, 2014, HOSE announces the record date for the dividend payment of 2013 in cash of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company:

-  Stock symbol: VIC                               

-  Ex-right date: August 06, 2014   

-  Record date: August 08, 2014   

-  Purpose: to pay the dividend of 2013 in cash

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 21.49% (VND2,149 for a share)

-  Payment date: August 20, 2014

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Accounting Department of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company -  No.7 Bang Lang 1 Street, Vinhomes Riverside Village Urban Ecology, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi City, Vietnam on the working days August 20, 2014

·         Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
