SVC: SVC sets up a subsidiary

Saigon General Service Corporation (SAVICO) has established a subsidiary in Can Tho City:

-  Trade name: Sai Gon Cuu Long Motor Joint Stock Company

-  Address: 110B Tran Van Kheo, Cai Khe Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho city.

-  Charter capital: VND12 billion

-  SVC contributed VND10.1 billion or 84.17% stake to the new firm.

-  Note: Saigon Cuu Long Motors JSC. is the official authorized agent of distribution, guarantee, and maintenance of General Motors Vietnam, specializing in Chevrolet brand.
