KTB: KTB to hold the general annual meeting of shareholders of 2014 (time 02)

On June 30, 2014, Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company held the general annual meeting of shareholders, but Shareholders, who had right for voting, attended the meeting not reach 65%. Therefore, the company decided to hold the second meeting as follows:
