Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company (PITCO) has announced that it will issue more than 2 million shares in order to increase its share capital as follows:

-         Stock name: Stock of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs / share

-         Total issued volume: 12,831,455 shares

-         Outstanding volume: 11,842,335 shares

-         Treasury volume: 989,120 shares

-         Expected issue volume: 2,368,467 shares

-         Total issue value: VND23,684,670,000.

-         Issue ratio (Expected issue volume/Outstanding volume): 20%

-         Financial resource: capital surplus

-         Record date: August 19, 2014

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
