KTB: Resolution on the 2010 dividend payment

Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the 2010 dividend payment as follows:

-         Record date: July 23, 2014

-         Payment rate: 5%/par value (VND500/share)

-         Payment method: by cash

-         Total amount for payment: VND13,400,000,000

-         Payment date: August 29, 2014

-         This resolution takes effect from July 07, 2014.
