-         Ex-right date: June 16, 2014    

-         Record date: June 18, 2014 

-         Purpose: to implement the 2013 cash dividend payment

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 2.5% (VND250/share)

-         Payment date: June 30, 2014 

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JS Co – 10Pho Quang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District on working days as from June 30, 2014 and please submit ID cards.
