On June 02, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the second phase of 2013 dividend in cash of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company:

-  Stock symbol: TCO                              

-  Ex-right date: June 11, 2014   

-  Record date: June 13, 2014

-  Purpose: for the payment for the second phase of 2013 dividend in cash           

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-  Payment date: June 30, 2014    

-  Place & procedure of payment:

-  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company, 189 Dinh Vu Street, Dong Hai Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City  from  June 30, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
