ACC: Resolution on dividend payment

Becamex Asphalt and Concrete Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on 2013 cash dividend payment:

-  Stock symbol: ACC

-  Record date: June 17, 2014

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share)

-  Payment date: June 30, 2014

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Becamex Asphalt and Concrete Joint Stock Company as from June 30, 2014.

This resolution takes effect from June 02, 2014.
