National Seed Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No 77 as follows:

-         The BOD approved a distribution plan of fractional shares, shares which shareholders did not exercise rights.

-         The BOD approved scrape cost estimate of project of building Dong Van Plant Processing and Preservation of National Seed.
