Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated June 04, 2014 as follows:

1)     The Board of Directors approved to set up a new branch as follows:

-         Branch name: Becamex Trading Co., Ltd

-         Charter capital: VND 6 billion

-         BOD Chairperson as the legal representative

2)     The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Trinh Thanh Hung as Deputy CEO and appoint Ms. Bui Thi Thuy as Director of Finance Management cum Chief Accountant.
