Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the second dividend payment of 2013 as follows:

-         Payment rate: 10%/par value (VND1,000/share)

-         Payment method: by cash

-         Payment date: estimated in July 2014

-         This resolution takes effect from the date of signing – June 16, 2014.
