-  Ex-right date: May 28, 2014     

-  Record date: May 30, 2014

-  Purpose: to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2013 

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 12% (VND1,200 /share)

-  Payment date: June 16, 2014    

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department- Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company, Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai Province on the working days from June 16, 2014, and please submit ID card.
