-  Record date: June 04, 2014   

-  Purpose: to pay the last dividend payment of 2013 in cash

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 3% (VND300/ share) 

-  Payment date: June 20, 2014 

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company -  248A No Trang Long St., Ward 12, Binh Thanh Dist., Ho Chi Minh city from June 20, 2014.
