TYA: Explanation for consolidated business result in 2013 (before and after auditing)

Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company explained the difference in profit in 2013 (before and after auditing):

–     The auditors decreased reserve for bad debts of Hai Duong Branch by VND64,414,770, increased general and administration expense by VND31,104,000 and other liabilities by VND31,104,000.

–     The auditors adjusted income tax of Hai Duong Branch by VND1,309,611,951.
