TSC: Board resolution
Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows:
1) The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Pham Van Tuan as Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from May 13, 2014.2) The Board of Directors approved Mr. Phan Minh Sang replaced Mr. Pham Van Tuan as CEO as from May 23, 2014.3) The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Ly Thanh Tung and Mr. Phan Minh Sang as Deputy CEO.4) The Board of Directors approved to issue 7.5 million shares for increasing charter capital from VND83.129 billion to VND158.19 billion.5) Offering method: private offering 6) Offering price: VND10,000/share
