PDN: Board resolution

Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows:

1)     The Board of Directors approved to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Bach Mai as CEO as from May 13, 2014.

2)     The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Do Van Sam as Deputy CEO as from June 24, 2014.

3)     The Board of Directors approved to the record date for the second phase of 2013 dividend in cash:

-         Record date: June 09, 2014

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

-         Payment date:   from June 25, 2014

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  BIBICA Corporation.
