TNT: TNT delays the 2014 Annual General Meeting

On April 29, 2014, the 2014 annual general meeting of Tai Nguyen Corporation was held, but there were 130 shareholders representing 3,3,099,690 shares (accounting for 36.47% of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Tai Nguyen Corporation decided:

-          To delay the annual general meeting of 2014;

-          The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2013 (the second time);

-          Meeting time: 7:30a.m, May 17, 2014

-          Meeting venue: Room 510, House34T, Hoang Dao Thuy, Cau Giay, Ha Noi.
