LCM: LCM delays the 2014 Annual General Meeting

Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company has informed of delaying the first annual general meeting 2014 as follows:

-          On April 28, 2014, the company held the annual general meeting, but Shareholders, who had right for voting, attended the meeting reach 36.92%. Therefore, the company decided as follows:

-          Delaying the first annual shareholders’ meeting 2014 and holding the second meeting as follows:

-          Meeting date: 08:00am May 26, 2014.

-          Meeting venue: LaoCaiStar Hotel, No.003 Hoang Lien, Coc Leu Ward, Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province.
