SRF: The record date for a share issuance

On May 07, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for a share issuance to increase its charter capital from owners’ equity of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation:

-  Stock symbol: SRF                              

-  Ex-right date: May 16, 2014   

-  Record date: May 20, 2014

-  Purpose: a share issuance to increase its charter capital from owners’ equity

-  Exercise ratio: 2:1 (a shareholder owning 02 shares will receive 01 new share)

-  Issue volume: 8,120,626 shares

-  Plan for fractional and undistributed shares:

-  The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional parts (if any) will be cancelled.

-  For example, if shareholder A owns 89 shares at the record date, he will receive 44 new shares and 0.5 will be cancelled.

-  Place of implementation:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend in stock at Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation and please submit ID cards.
