PVC: Approval of change in capital contribution

On 27/3/2014, Drilling Mud Corporation announced Approval for change in capital contribution to DMC-VTS Company as follows:

Article 1: Approve guideline of contribution to increase charter capital of DMC-VTS Company. Drilling Mud Corporation will replace Dong Bac Mineral – Coal Investment JSC to contribute an equity equal to 30% of shares of Dong Bac Mineral – Coal Investment JSC (USD 343,080) to DMC-VTS Company.
