-          Number of outstanding shares: 39,759,118 shares

-          Number of shares to be issued: 3,975,911 shares  

-          Total par value to be issued: VND39,759,110,000.

-          Issue rate: 10%,

-          Financial resource: The Company’s undistributed profit.

-          Record date: April 25, 2014

-          How to deal with fractional shares: The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
