-          Number of outstanding shares: 419,052,533 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares to be issued: 62,857,879 shares  

-          Total par value to be issued: VND62,857,879.

-          Issue rate: 15%,

-          Financial resource: The Company’s undistributed profit.

-          Record date: April 28, 2014

-          How to deal with fractional shares: The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
