PVX: The result of the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On 18/05/2014, Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation announces the result of the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 as follows:

- The numbers of attendants: 40 shareholders represent for 224,340,797 shares, equivalent to 56.09 % of the number of voting shares of the Company.

- Based on Enterprise Law approved by Vietnam National Assembly on 29/11/2005;

- Based on the Charter of the Company

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation has not enough conditions to be carried out.

The second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 will be called in 30 days since 18/05/2014 (expected date: 07/06/2014).
