PVA: The Result of the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014

PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction Joint Stock
Corporation announces the result of the first Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders 2014 as follows:

The numbers of attendants: 43 shareholders represent for 5,168,990 shares,
equivalent to 23.7 % of the number of voting shares of the Company.

Based on Enterprise Law approved by Vietnam National Assembly on 29/11/2005;
Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 of PetroVietnam
Nghe An Construction Joint Stock Corporation has not enough conditions
to be carried out.
