PVG: Result of the second annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014
On 08/05/2014, Petrovietnam Nothern Gas JSC announced the result of the second annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 as follows:
The number of shareholders who participated in the second annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 is 16 shareholders, equivalent to the Holding rate of 43.76%
Based on Clause 2, Article 102 of Corporate Law and the Charter of the Company, the holding rate is not enough to implement the second annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014
The third annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 of Petrovietnam Nothern Gas JSC will be held at 13h30 on May 14th of 2014
