DC4: Change in use of proceeds

On 06/05/2014, DIC No.4 JSC announced change in use of proceeds as follows:

1. Old Plan:       Increase the Charter capital to invest in building Tam Phuoc I Industrial complex, Tam Phuoc Commune, Long Dien District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province

2. New plan:      Supplement the working capital to serve the business operation

3. Reason:        Based on the decision of People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, some industrial complex (include Tam Phuoc I Industrial Complex) are reviewed and terminated

4. The Change in use of proceeds was announced at annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 on 26/04/2014
