1. Approve dismissal of Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh from BOD from 09/05/2014

2. Additionally elect Mr. Nguyen Cong Cuong to BOD from 09/05/2014

3. Dismiss Mr. Nguyen Vu Trong Minh as Chairman of BOD from 09/5/2014.

4. Elect Mr. Nguyen Cong Cuong to be Chairman of BOD from 09/5/2014

5. Dismiss Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha as General Manager of the Company from 09/05/2014.

6. Dismiss Ms. Dao Thi Thanh from Chief Accountant of the Company from 09/05/2014
