Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company announce a personnel change as follows:

–     Approving the resignation of Mr. Hoang Dinh Loi as a member of the Board of Directors.

–     Approving the appointment of Mr. Vu Duc Tien, capital representative of SHS in Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Companyas a member of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Hoang Dinh Loi.
