KDC: Reminded of late information disclosure

On May 07, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HoSE) had Official Document No.762/SGDHCM-NY to remind Kinh Do Corporation to submit late disclosure about the Board Resolution dated March 13, 2014 on issuing 6.5 million new shares to the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors (BOS) and staff. HoSE requested the company to explain the late disclosure.
