LGL: Reminded of late information disclosure

On May 08, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HoSE) had Official Document No.781/SGDHCM-NY to remind Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure about the report use of proceeds from the share issuance. HoSE requested the company to explain the late disclosure.
