FIT: Change in number of outstanding voting shares

F.I.T Investment JSC announces the change in number of outstanding voting shares approved on 12 May 2014 as follows:

- The number of outstanding voting shares before the time of issuing shares to increase capital was 15,750,000 shares

- The total additionally issued shares: 3,149,999 shares

- The number of outstanding voting shares after the time of issuing shares to increase capital was 18,899,999 shares
