PIV: Transferring the entire shares of the Company at Van Phuc Gia JSC

On 12/05/2014, PIV Petro Investment and Valuation JSC announced decision on transferring entire number shares of PIV at Van Phuc Gia Investment Joint Stock Company since 12/05/2014.

1. Approve transferring 490,000 (equivalent to VND 4.9 billion) shares of Sochi Investment and Commercial JSC, which is hold by the PIV Petro Investment and Valuation JSC

2. BOD assigns General Managers to deal, negotiate and sign the transferring contract with partners and implement the related procedures in accordance with the law and the Charter of the Company.
