EIB: Board Resolution on Consulting Shareholders

Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced the Board Resolution on Consulting Shareholders dated April 21, 2014 as follows:

-       The Board of Directors expected to appoint another member of the Board of Supervisors to supplement the Board of Supervisors in term V (2010-2014) at the 2014 General Meeting of Shareholders.
