CYC: Reminded of late information disclosure

On May 28, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) has received the Minutes of the Board of Directors dated December 11, 2013 on the Board of Directors approved to appoint CEO of Mr. Hung Kuang Ching as from January 01, 2014 and will be approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014. Therefore, HOSE would like to remind and ask the company to disclosure information as regulated.
