The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No. 88 as follows:

-         The BOD approved the disinvestment of The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company in project at 09 Nguyen Khoai. The BOD approved to transfer 4.000.000 shares, equivalent to VND40 billion.

-         The BOD approved the disinvestment of The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company in project at 504 Nguyen Tat Thanh.
